I'm having a baby girl. Katie May will be her name, and she will be immersed in glitter and rainbows, not because I think that one must have a baby theme or anything, but because it is fun, and I love glitter and I love rainbows! I will love this little girl. So I made her a mobile, a glitter cloud mobile. This was truly a labor of love, the process being a bit more complicated than I thought. I used air dry, ultra light clay stuffed with balls of toilet paper, and then of course covering the clouds with white paint and glitter. I attached the ribbons using a needle and glue. I'm still adding the sparkle bead rain drops, by using fishing line and an upholstery needle. I'm pretty sure there is no mobile as cool as this anywhere else. I did searches, I found nothing this cute.
