I'm so excited I'm glowing. Pre- race. My finishing time was 2:17. I really wasn't happy with this time but, oh well, It was a really hard course and for the three weeks previous, I was so busy with the murals an end of school that, training went out the window.
I love the San Juans! my favorite part is riding my bike by the ocean/bay and through all those hills, with the grassy fields and the forests... ah yeah.
It was an open studio weekend, so we saw some cool art, this is some wood that is part of a mirror.
This is me post race... chillin' with some very succulent scallops.
That race was hard! bleah... all hills, but gorgeous and worth it!
So this is where we stayed on San Juan. It was half cabin half boat.....
with a stained glass window!
and half a boat just coming out of the wall. WHAT? crazy.
So cool
