Me and Sarah went snow shoeing last weekend, near White Pass, up toward Spiral Butte. We had intended to go to the top, but it turns out we would have had to wake up really early if we were going to make it. It is a full days hike in the snow. Sleeping in was a indispensable part of that Saturday. Anyway, that butte ain't going anywhere!
I bought the green trails map for this area! We are going to explore every trail and lake in this area! Anyone who wants to come is welcome. There are quite a lot of lakes! I'm excited or the spring.
People mistake us for sisters all the time. hee hee. I think it is just cuz we are both white in a mainly hispanic community, and we have the same hair cut. I also think it looks like I have a mustache. Wow that is unattractive... but like many artists, I can embrace and even celebrate what main stream may deem unattractive. (Don't worry Sarah, you don't need to be seen through the artist's eye to be appreciated!)
